Refund and Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Returns may be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect product delivered

  • Damaged goods during transportation

  • Manufacturing defects

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.


2. Return Authorization

Before returning any product, customers must contact GroeNoord Global to receive return authorization.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


3. Condition of Returned Goods

Returned products must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in original packaging

  • Include all documentation or accessories

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety regulations.


4. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed


5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items may not qualify for refunds:

  • Custom orders

  • Special bulk orders

  • Perishable food products

  • Goods damaged due to improper handling by the buyer


6. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs may depend on the reason for return:

  • If the error is ours → we cover shipping

  • If the customer ordered incorrectly → customer may cover return costs
